Léa is an assistant designer who is keen to pass on her know-how to others, so that they too can work in the world of fashion!
Léa discovered the world of fashion by taking an applied arts baccalaureate (STD2A), followed by a training course in pattern-making. For the past three years, she has been working as a pattern-making assistant, and also trains ESDMI students in the use of certain industrial machines. Through her explanations, she hopes to provide them with the knowledge they need to maintain the machines and keep them running smoothly.
The work she is most passionate about is that which requires a great deal of patience and meticulousness (for example: bustier, lace assembly, beading...).
