Course overview
Create your own handbag or garments such as skirts and pants during this 100% hands-on course! For children classes, there is an annual registration fee of 140 € for the supply of materials (fabrics, threads, zippers, buttons, etc.). Students don't need to bring their own sewing machine, as ESDMI's equipment is at their disposal during the course.
Upon completion of your training, you will be able to leave with your own customized creation!
Learning objectives
By the end of this sewing course for adults, you will have learned :
- 8h of classes per month - pattern-making, cutting, sewing and finishing of a garment of your choice (the skirt for beginners)
By the end of this sewing course for children (8 - 14 years old), your child will have learned :
- Course per month: get started learning fashion design, pattern-making, cutting and sewing (by hand and machine), and make your own creations.
Course access
Entry is possible at any time of the year, following an interview to establish the candidate's profile and needs.
Duration and schedule
Training takes place in one 8-hour session per month. For adults, courses run according to availability throughout the year, and for children, courses take place on Wednesday afternoons between 14h30 and 16h.
